EVERY DAY FREE SHIPPING

Rio Foods proudly offers free shipping (some items may be excluded from free shipping) in the contiguous US on most shipments over $69.99 & less than $300.00. Free shipping will be applied automatically to all qualifying orders. No coupons or promotion codes are required.

Most orders will arrive in 2 to 6 business days via USPS, UPS or FedEx. In order to reduce waste and keep our prices low, we mix and match carriers.

ORDERS UNDER $69.99

Your shipping address along with the package weight will be used to provide a delivery quote at checkout. There are multiple options through USPS, UPS and FedEx.

ORDERS OVER $300 / FREIGHT SHIPPING

If you would like to place a large order over $300, please contact us via email at info@riofoodsonline to set up wholesale pricing.

MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

Each address on an order with multiple shipping addresses must include $69.99 or more worth of items to receive free shipping to that address.

ALASKA, HAWAII & US TERRITORIES

Shipping prices to these destinations are calculated based on weight and zip code at check out.

HOW FAST DO WE PROCESS & SHIP AN ORDER?

US orders placed before 4 PM EST usually ship within 24 hours! Orders placed on weekends and holidays ship on the first following business day.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES

All delivery dates listed on our site are estimates provided directly by the couriers. While we work hard to ensure speedy delivery, these dates can change due to driver availability, courier volume and other issues out of our control.
 
PACKAGE SAYS "DELIVERED" BUT HAVEN'T RECIEVED IT
Sometimes a package may be marked as delivered but is still on the delivery truck. If this happens:
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the package to arrive.
  • Check the surrounding areas (like porches, mailrooms, or with neighbors).

We kindly ask that you allow an additional 2–3 business days for your order to arrive. If it still hasn’t shown up after that time, please reach out to us—we’ll make it right. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this delay has caused and appreciate your patience.
