Sweet Apricot Kernels (Apricot Seeds) are small seeds found inside the pit of the apricot. Apricot Kernels look like almonds and have a mild, sweet taste. Please note that even though these are not bitter apricot kernels, some kernels in each bag may be bitter tasting.
